Due to the perishable nature of our almond-based dips, we are unable to accept physical returns of food items. However, if your order arrived damaged or failed to meet our bitchin' standards, we are committed to making it right with a refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Dip

    Upon delivery, check that your sauce is cold to the touch and the seals are intact. Please take photos of any damage to the packaging or product.

    Contact the Crew

    Email our support team within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and any supporting photos.

    Quality Review

    Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our freshness and safety guidelines, typically responding within 2 business days.

  • 4.
    Refund or Reship

    Once approved, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh batch of Bitchin' Sauce at no extra cost.
